Just wanted a little update.
School has started and I adore my classes--they're challenging but nothing compared to last year! The people make the courses so much more enriching, and the teachers are so devoted to what they teach. Now I just need to keep my grades to straight As. Boy do I need a GPA boost!
Need to write college essays. I've been writing drafts all summer about practically everything I want to portray about me, but none of them are close to decent =/
Broke up with my boyfriend, but it was mutual-ish; we don't have time for each other? At first I was pretty happy being single again but now I don't know how I feel about the hasty severance! It was a lovely experience while it lasted so I'm going with the flow.
Finished a trompe l'oeil in oil, and it is remarkably better than my most recent fairy tale trompe l'oeil, mainly since the oil lends so much luminosity to highlights and such depth of shadows. Can't wait to upload it!
