Doodle 4 Google - Peaceby ~Demiie

Designs & Interfaces / Logos & Logotypes

For this year's Doodle 4 Google contest.
The theme was "What I Wish for the World."

I know it's cliche, but what could be better than peace?
We could solve so many problems if we were more unified and worked together.

I wanted to keep the logo simple. Some of the ones where all the letter have changed are a little too busy for the eye!
So here are my doves perching on olive branches.
The lavender shading in their feathers makes them pop from the complementary lemony-yellow background.

Wish me luck, I plan to win at least regional!

Cliches set aside, your idea is so true! What could be better than peace?

I love the simplicity of your drawing and design; it certainly sets it apart from many of the other, sometimes over-complicated interpretations of the google logo. Great job!

I haven't been yet and my art teacher hasn't replied to my e-mail yet so yeah

I'm really anxious!!! However, I did hear on Facebook that some winners from last year were not notified until a few days after the proclaimed date so wish me luck!
